What is an Asbestos Survey

 If you are in the planning stages of performing a demolition to a building you will need an asbestos survey prior to getting a demolition permit. In short, an asbestos survey is an inspection performed by a licensed Asbestos Inspector that will identify suspect asbestos materials within the structure. These materials will need to be sampled and sent to a lab for testing to determine if they contain greater than 1% asbestos material.
